Laryl Hancock's Bio: I am an amateur photographer from Yuma, Arizona._Photography has fascinated me for over 50 years now. My father let me play with his Kodak DuaFlex II camera as soon as I was old enough to hold it and press the shutter. I learned on a variety of cameras until my move to digital in 1999. A few digital cameras later, I now enjoy shooting with my Nikon D700. I love photoshop and use it not only for basic processing but also to create digital art renderings. |

Max and Ava are faternal twins. We have lived in Lake Morena for five years. Max loves Thomas the train and all cars, anything with wheels actually! I (Christie) teach at Campo elementry and my husband (Trever) works downtown in a shipyard. We very much enjoyed the museum and looking at all the older trucks. The kids favorite part was the curators poodle. |

MTM's second "Quarterly Theme Contest" from April through June was the theme "MTM VISITORS ". This quarter's "Theme Contest" winners CHRISTIE AND TREVER DAUGHERTY will receive a copy of 2009's "The Great Train Robbery" event video. Our 2nd Quarter Contest theme will be: "MTM's RUSTIEST TRUCK " and as always, the winner will receive a prize and is featured in MTM's "Photo of the Quarter ". Entries must be received no later then the 29th of September, 2010. This quarters contest begins in July and ends in September. Which truck will you decide is the rustiest? |
